Effective immediately, MAP Merch Shop is discontinuing Monero as a payment option. Monero has been problematic from the beginning, requiring more work from me, for little return. Monero has also been confusing for our customers. Despite a vocal group advocating for adding Monero as a payment option, out of hundreds of sales over the last year and a half, only two were completed with Monero. It’s just no longer feasible for MAP Merch Shop to accept it as a payment option. You can still make purchases with a debit/credit/gift card through analog ordering, by emailing your order to [email protected].
