With the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban has regained control over most of the country. The Taliban is reversing the progress made towards freedom for women and girls in that country. So many girls are being pulled out of schools. Women and girls are going into hiding, and so many Afghani people are trying to leave the country as it has fallen. It’s just so heartbreaking.
